Packages will be shipped on the following dates:

Thanksgiving Orders - 11/21 for arrival on 11/23 or 11/24

Holiday Orders - 12/21 for arrival on 12/22 or 12/23

New Year's Eve - 12/28 for arrival on 12/29 or 12/30

During this busy season we chose to ship a little early - rather be safe than sorry with your bivalves!

We will harvest your order the day before it is shipped and

a little known fact is that oysters keep well in the fridge for up to two weeks.
