50 - Wild Rhode Island Clams
Our farm director Stephen Katkowski is the hardest working person we know. He commands our team four ten hour days a week and then commercially digs wild clams and catches local fish from the F/V Katnap the other three days. This guy is one with the ocean. We have been buying clams from Steve for personal consumption for years and look forward to clam pizza night every week. You will receive a mixed bag of littleneck and topneck clams harvested fresh from Narragansett Bay. Sometimes Steve strikes out despite his expertise in which case clams will be from other local quahoggers.
