We have three oysters available:
Dutchies: The Dutchies are grown in Dutch Harbor off the town of Jamestown, RI in Narragansett Bay which makes for a classic New England briny oyster, perfect for all!
Rocky Rhodes: Rocky Rhodes are grown in Point Judith Pond surrounded by intertidal marshes and close to the salt pond’s primary freshwater source. We claim these oysters are the sweetest oyster in the saltiest pond!
Thomas Points: Thomas Points are grown by our Pt. Judith Farm Manager, Travis and his wife Sarah in Point Judith Pond. Thomas Points are grown on the bottom of the ocean creating a briny flavor with a subtle iron finish due to the underwater springs creating a merroir unique to the area.
Mail Order Info: Thanksgiving mail orders will be guaranteed to customers in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York via UPS. If you are located in any of the following states: ME, NH, VT, PA, NJ, MD, VA, DE, NC, SC, WV, OH, IN, KY, please email team@walrusandcarpenteroysters.com to inquire about shipping availability. Orders will be shipped by 5 pm on Monday November 24 with Ground Shipping (arrival by end of day Wednesday 11/26). Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
