Before starting at WCO in fall of 2019, Dylan had never driven a boat or fixed a motor in his life. Since then, he has enjoyed learning new skills almost every day through solving all the problems that ocean farming throws his way. His favorite parts of the job are working together with a great crew in a beautiful place and feeling a deeper connection to Narragansett Bay and all the life it supports. When he’s not oyster farming, you can probably find him riding bikes in the woods with friends.
