When Maddy isn’t shucking oysters, you can find her surfing the deepest barrel of her life somewhere in the world, but maybe Mexico. Her passion for the ocean ignited when she was a little girl exploring the coast of Jamestown. When she isn’t farming, she is sailing, spear fishing, fermenting things, or tending to her garden. One of her favorite parts about working at WCO is seeing those beautiful Dutchies glistening as she falls asleep.
